Hello! Welcome to my Blog about all things fibery! I spin, knit, weave, dye, and make socks on my circular sock machines. I also offer a full line of Jacquard fiber dyes, and various types of spinning fiber.
When I’m not doing fiber things, I teach 9th grade English, play with my grandgirls, and work on my Ed.D in reading at the University of North Texas.
My husband and I live just west of Farmersville which is northeast of Dallas. We have 15 acres, although at the moment we are using only a portion of it, where we raise Angora rabbits, Angora goats, Nygora goats, Shetland sheep, a Nigerian Dwarf goat, a couple of Border Leceister sheep, Suri alpacas, and an assortment of dogs (both pets and working dogs), cats, and chickens.
